Our classes are based on Hatha yoga, which is a classical style of yoga that marries breath with movement, consciously connecting the mind with the body.

Private Reiki & Yoga sessions are available for 90 minutes by appointment only, Monday through Friday.
Other times may be available, so please feel free to ask.
Gentle & Therapeutic Yoga
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:30 AM
Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM
Thursday from 5:30 to 7 PM
In this class, we tap into the Therapeutic uses of yoga and breath work to gently release tension and manage pain while increasing the flexibility of the body. Many of the poses are adapted and practiced with the back flat on the mat to maintain a neutral spine, and yet still open the body from head to toe. Proper modifications are made to accommodate all ages, body types, ability levels, and previous injuries. Come join us and see how it is possible for everyone to practice yoga.
This class is great for beginning students or those returning to yoga after illness or injury.
It is also ideal for athletes who participate in sports where repetitive motion and training tighten muscles, making them prone to injury, as we increase flexibility to help reduce the possibility of injury during traditional sports.
Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:00 PM
In this class, we use gravity rather than physical effort to passively open the body. Students are supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks in these restorative poses for an extended period of time to release deep stress. This is combined with gentle yoga, breathing, active relaxation and guided meditation. Come for an evening of relaxation, or a mini-vacation during your week.
This class is open to all ages and levels of flexibility.
Beginning Vinyasa Flow
This class is available for private or semi-private sessions.
In this traditional Hatha yoga class, we use Sun Salutations to link poses together for an active, invigorating session, and progress from learning how to engage our core and move through some of the basic, foundation poses of yoga. Instruction focuses on learning correct form and how to adjust the poses to your personal needs.
This class is designed for people who want a more active class to increase their flexibility and reap cardio and relaxation benefits of yoga. Some yoga experience is recommended.
