It is our goal to help our students cultivate optimal health and well-being

We believe that well-being is your body’s natural state; but things happen in life which may get in the way of that. Our Wellness offerings are ways to help you return to the natural, balanced state that you were born to. It is our goal to apply the ancient science of yoga to enhance health and wellness at all five levels of the person: physical, energetic, psychological, intuitive, and spiritual. We see the healing process as a means of bringing the entire being into wholeness.

We believe yoga is a healing journey that is unique to each individual. As such, in our wellness consultations, we will select, adapt and modify the practices of yoga appropriately for the individual with respect to age, culture, religion and specific physical challenges in order to facilitate optimal health and healing of the body, mind and spirit.

Instead of looking at the causes of dis-ease, we are focused on the causes of well-being and the causes of health, and how we can direct your practices to help optimize that health and well-being for each individual. We work in small groups or one-on-one to help individuals develop practices that are designed specifically for them and what their goals are.

Wellness Services Available

Wellness Consultations – with Annie, Antoinette, Jackie, or Tiare

Our Advanced Teachers of Therapeutic Yoga work with clients one-on-one to develop a personalized program to support their physical, energetic, mental, emotional, intuitive and spiritual well-being. Clients will be taken through an intake process to understand their unique needs. We will offer yogic tools, such as asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand positions), yoga nidra (yogic sleep), mantra (affirmations), and meditation, as well as Ayurvedic lifestyle principles to help the client make small, but meaningful, changes in order to develop a lifestyle that supports all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.

Private Yoga Sessions

All of our yoga instructors are available by appointment to work with clients one-on-one to develop a personalized yoga practice to support their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Clients will be taken through an intake process to understand their unique needs. Sessions draw on a combination of dialogue, pranayama (breath), asana (movement), mudras, visualization, and relaxation. The yoga program developed may be active or restorative, depending on the client’s intentions. This service is best suited to individuals who want to apply yoga in a targeted way for the individual’s needs or circumstances, for those who are new to yoga and want individualized instruction for a strong foundation for their practice, or for those who want help developing a personalized practice that they can do on their own at home.

Ayurveda & Herbalism – Antoinette, Ayurvedic Health Counselor

Use the ancient sister science to yoga to design a program of lifestyle wellness using Ayurvedic tools and daily practices to balance body and health.

Cooking Consultations – Annie

Do you struggle with cooking? Do you feel like you are making the same 3 dishes on repeat and are searching for ways to switch it up? If so, I am here to help! In the first session, we will discuss any challenges you have in the kitchen, and I will provide some personalized coaching and cooking tips. In any subsequent sessions, I will give you real time over the phone guidance while you cook simple, tasty dishes of your choosing. Some of the options include risotto, lentils, curry, pastas, fajitas, soups, salads, and much more. Cooking consultations are not about becoming a five star chef. They are about building your confidence in the kitchen to prepare simple, tasty meals with ease.

Organic Hair and Skincare – Antoinette, Licensed Organic Cosmetologist and Esthetician

Employee wellness elevates when stress and tension reduction strategies are a daily practice. On-the-go self-care skills support productivity by relieving pain due to sitting, technology use, headaches, and poor posture. Holli presents these targeted self-care topics in workshop, series or retreat formats. I educate and inspire through Tune Up based exercises, self-care massage, breath work and meditation. Any content can be customized to the specific needs of your staff and performed in comfortable work clothes in spaces as limited as a hallway or as expansive as a corporate fitness facility.

Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) Fitness Therapy for Everyday Living – Holli, Certified Integrated Yoga Tune Up Teacher

These sessions include corrective exercises and therapy ball work through a yoga lens. Postural corrections, injury prevention, improving range of motion, and increasing strength are all included. We self-study what is overused, underused, misused or confused. Corrective exercises and roll outs are the perfect tools to move from habit to full potential.

A Radiant Life is proud and honored to have incredible instructors and practitioners from across the country offering a wide variety of classes and a myriad of services. All of our instructors have continued their studies past their basic yoga teacher training, and the majority of our staff qualify as RYT-500 (Registered Yoga Teachers who have completed 500 hours of training) or beyond. We are also proud to say that our staff includes a C-IAYT (Certified Integrative Yoga Therapist), several Advanced Teachers of Therapeutic Yoga , a trauma-informed yoga facilitator, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a certified herbalist, an esthetician, several Reiki Masters, energetic healers, empaths and intuitives. In addition to group classes, all of our instructors and practitioners are available for private online sessions as well.

    Jackie has been practicing yoga since 1998, teaching since 2009, and founded A Radiant Life in 2010. She specializes in helping those with chronic health conditions, who are recovering from illness or injury, or who are new to yoga.
    • RYT 200 in Hatha yoga from Rishi Institute in 2009.
    • RYT 200 in Vinyasa yoga from Rising Lotus Yoga in 2011.
    • RYT 500 – Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga from Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2020.
    • Additional training in Therapeutic Yoga at the White Lotus Foundation, as well as the Roll Model Method.
